got the wheel today, thanks it looks great, the thing looks damn near new. itll make my truck look so much better than that old ugly one i had. didnt get to install it yet, do it either tomorrow or monday when im off.

if you still have some of that stuff in a few weeks ill prob get a few more things. i wouldnt mind having the heads, but shipping would be really high. ill let you know what other stuff i need.

I'm not trying to "step" on Darrin's toes here, but IF he doesn't have those window motors or lock solenoid and those parts from a '86 will work, I have some from the parts truck that I have. Again, I'm NOT trying to take business from anyone. I'm just offering it out IF his are already gone/sold.

Thanks for the offer Ken. I have no idea if they will interchange as i've never done power windows before. The lock solenoid sounds like it should be the same though.
Darrin hasn't got back to me yet so he must have his hands full right now. If he doesn't still have them I'm interested if they will work.

BTW, my motor works, it is the gear that is the problem. I just thought I'd get the whole shebang and have a spare motor.

Hey Guys, My wife and I went out of town for a long weekend and we just got back. Sorry or the delay in getting back to yall

IIRC I tested both widow motors and they worked marginally, seems like there was a skip on both so I would rather not sell something that I am not confident of it working right. So by all means, if Ken has what you need get them from him,. No probem at all.

I will have to check on the lock cylnder tomorrow and let you know on that.

i just bought new window motors from rockauto for 31 dollars a piece plus 2 dollar per core (its 2 bucks, im not wasting the time to send them back) best price i could find them.
