one of the reasons for all the noise its making is the RPM it has to turn to make the boost that you want. if you were to use a larger blower, you could run it at a lower rpm which would increase its life while reducing the noise output. if you prefer to keep the blower you currently have...- david_lee

why not pull the header and massage a little clearance into one of the pipes with a ballpeen hammer? would ugly it up a little bit, but it seems to me as though thats your easiest option.- david_lee

you should check that alternator very soon too. if it is actually not putting out enough voltage then your batteries are likely not going to be at a "full charge" state when you go to start the truck. that will cause even a gear reduction starter to turn the truck over at a reduced speed and...- david_lee

The New NMB2 build is alive
i bet the decision to go with a split manifold has to do with the stock design's ability to flow large volumes of air. by just looking at the pictures, i'd bet he increased the maximum overall flow rate of the intake by about 1/4 to 1/3.- david_lee

do i need a drop pitman arm for a 4" lift?
