Verify fuel at the schraeder valve.

Turn the key on and try unplugging the FSS lead from the IP. You should hear it click upon disconnect.

Next, crack all 8 injector lines at the injector. Floor the throttle and crank til you see fuel seeping out without air bubbles.
Tighten the lines and try to start.

Personally, since you’ve got the electric pump, I’d turn the key on for a while and let it purge the system. It won’t completely clear the IP but it should clear everything up to the IP. Bleed it from the schrader valve. If the fuel is at all foamy from the Schrader valve, you’ve got a leak probably pre lift pump. If it clears up and stays clear and constant, then I’d look toward the IP. I won’t comment on the internals because I’m not familiar with them. My truck gave me fits at first. It kept working the intake fitting loose on the lift pump (also a duralift) causing air and it would just die. Blow foam out the schrader valve. If it’s doing that, take a hard look at the soft lines underneath especially. Then work your way back. Switch tanks and see if it stops. That will help you isolate where the issue is.

If ur not getting fuel to the injectors, have u checked to see if ur IP solenoid is good? Its an easy check. Just key on and disconnect the power supply and reapply it. If it clicks, it's good. If not, then that's ur problem. I had this problem myself also. Also, try installing clear lines for ur fuel lines to see if u ARE indeed getting air in ur lines.

BREAKING NEWS! Just got my truck back from Walker's Diesel Performance here in Canton, Texas. Turned out that the diaphragm on the Duralift f.p. was torn. Put a new fuel pump on and "VOILA" it's ALIVE! Runs smoother also. Thanks for ALL you's guy's help. You did tell me it wasn't the injection pump after all.
