Got this 94 Centurion IDIT at the very tail end of Feb with ~152k on the odo. Most significant issues at purchase were bad shifts/wonky speedo, no AC, and sporadic very long crank. I knew all were fixable though. Only just got it titled and started driving it last week (got held up for a variety of reasons). Not really what I did today, but what I did before I got to start driving it.

(The keen eye may notice the Chrysler Pacifica hiding behind my Centurion Pacifica. Having two Pacificas was unintentional lol)
Done to-date:
-Removed broken window visors (will replace. procrastinating scraping rest of old crap off)
-Removed hood wind visor thingy (caused a lot of rust. might put back on with better drain holes)
-Almost all new door seals and window seals (vent seals & rear window seal on shelf)
-New inner door handles
-New door catches
-Converted door sill fasteners from self tappers to stainless rivnuts and bolts
-Replaced wire harness self tappers in door sills to plastic rivets
-Sanded and primed any little surface rust areas in door sills and behind door seals
-Sprayed down door sill channels with WD-40 (If you can't tell yet, I have some trauma from extreme door sill rust on the last CCLB i gave up on)
-Sanded and powder coated mirror mounts (look like crap but better than rust)
-New headlights, fog lights, tail lights
-Replaced faulty door switch
-All new interior trim screws (kind of weird, but I went down a rabbit hole..)
-Fixed bad shifting issue (replaced varistor, diode, caps on PSOM.. ended up being broken speed sensor plug which I didn't check until very last since PO told me he had just replaced speed sensor

)
-Fixed broken gear indicator cable
-Swapped broken instrument cluster bezel with good one from the beater dump truck
-Stole rear speakers & grills from beater dump truck (PO threw them in the trash and had 6x9's hanging out of the holes

)
-New air filter (last one was absolutely caked. No idea how it was breathing)
-DIY frankenstein high flow lift pump with new lines from the pump to filter and check valve
-New fuel filter
-New Fluidyne radiator
-Coolant flush + SCAS (fully drained the block)
-All new AC lines, condensor, dryer, o-rings
-New glow plug controller
-Set timing (was at about 2* advanced before adjusting)
-Removed one of the throttle return springs for lighter pedal
-Took off the hitch receiver to remove the rust seized trailer hitch from the prior owner
LOTS more on the to-do list. I am mostly thrilled with the fuel pump, air filter, and timing so far. Such a HUGE difference from how it drove home (ignoring the obscene shifting issues of course).
As a bonus, here is a picture of the
almost color-matched boat I scored for an unbelievable deal a week before I found the truck. Obviously this was all meant to be and I'm about to be rolling around like a 90s millionaire.
