Shouldnt the frame straighten itself out once its bolted into the truck? Or is the truck also tweaked?

The state of the core support, is in send it state and at least its mounts points are still there. Every one I have found in the yard so far on a diesel truck, have been rusted to point of being unuseable. Im going to run with this till l cant no more, or when I can fit a new one in budget.

I got my self a way to open the hood. I aint going to try bending this think of metal without a brake, so bought a premade object.

I also put some acid on the core support, so wont wither away on me...

And same for all the brackets need to assemble it, paint will be another day. The core support stayed a little bit, so left it under tension and maybe it will get better memory this time.

So scrubed them with a rough pad, cleaned them, then reapled the acid and is left to marinade.

I put a newer jumper hose on filter contraption, since had it apart and unsure on the 10 year plus hose that was on there...

Under inspection of the old, I see it still soft and the outer weave is nothing to worry about...

So this old gates lock on hose will be sent again, along with the rest I have for the run. The other hose Im using is eaton easy couple, since was what could find local.

So have the filters reinstalled...

And the batterys...

Torquing these bolts where a bit too soon, since the paint was still soft and caused chiping...

The tray is stood off from the frame with all these spacers...

The threaded rods I have to hold down the batters, are now too short with the lower support bar. So will need to get longer one, to finish mounting the batterys.

There is progress...

With placement of the turbos give enough room for exhaust pipes...

And there is room for a charge pipe on the driver side.

For several days and many days ago, I started with trying to fight with the transmision. I found out too late the tcase was in nutral, so rocking the engine around did not get the clutch alined. So doing all this was in vain, since got a odd pop...

I tell you what.....this is the part of the project that seperates the men from the boys. There's "starters" and there's "finishers". I have to force myself to finish something, but since I know I'm a "starter" and tolerably decent "finisher" I know where to hit the gas.

So come on Oil burners and let's give the @1mouse3 a strong push the the finish line or "end zone" or....... ignition switch.....or probably the diesel pump when he lights those turbos off!!! Whooooaaaaaaaaa @1mouse3 !!!!!!!
