Is this the torque screw?

I can't seem to find a clear answer if this is the torque screw? It had a red cap on it (I popped it off)
My truck is a 1994 F250 7.3 idi factory turbo.

Thanks Steve! That is the guide stud you are pointing at. Yours looks like someone plugged the torque screw bore with a bolt. If you take the top cover off you will be able to tell if it’s touching the metering valve linkage or not. If it’s not I would just leave it in there since it’s not affecting your fueling.

It’s a feature only on 92+ housings, it’s circled in blue here.
