02 3500 died wont restart p1693 and 2030
So my 02 ram 3500 died riding down the road. I couldnt seem to get adequate pressure out of the lift pump so i installed a FRRP by air dog even though two years ago i already repkace my lift pump and vp44 at 105,000 miles. My starter had been dragging so i also replaced that. Still cant get it...- acleary555

Water in Fuel sensor.
I did change the filter. But the light stayed on. They want 40 bux for that dumb little sensor. Could there BE water in my fuel? Running fine...- acleary555

Water in Fuel sensor.
My "water in fuel" light started coming on over the past week or so. I went ahead and replaced the seperator since it was due, and I switched the sensor to the new seperator, but the light is still coming on. Clutch HELP!!
Ok, heres an update if anyone is still interested. I went ahead and replaced my master, and i also had to rip the entire clutch/brake pedal assembly and bracket out. Wasnt TOO bad of a job once I dropped the steering colum and push the brake booster studs back thru the firewall. But at 345,000...- acleary555

Clutch HELP!!
Ive bled it a thousand times. I replaced the plastic bushing on the pedal. Ive still got an inch & a half or more of slack in pedal/master cyl. Im thinking seriously now that master may be bad. I can get it stubbornly into the forward gears but not in reverse at all, unless the engine is off...- acleary555

Clutch HELP!!
Ive had a long weekend. Got new clutch in, but still cant shift into reverse with the engine running. Spent a day and a half trying to bleed the system but I feel like I still have air, although I cant see how. I bled the dam thing 6 ways from sunday, but still have over an inch of pedal travel...- acleary555

Clutch HELP!!
I tried taking it off the truck. Not sure how air got in. The dumb plastic clip that holds the pushrod in so you can remove it came undone while it ws hanging as i did the clutch and flywheel. So Im thinking it mustve just pushed itself too far out and when I pushed it back in I mustve pushed...- acleary555

Clutch HELP!!
The ford service manual says the same thing as ALLDATA and I tried that for 2 hours. Cant figure out what Im doing wrong. Plan on trying a couple of the other suggestions on there but have also already tried some of those things. Tranny came out, clutch and flywheel replaced and tranny back in...- acleary555

Clutch HELP!!
Ok heres the long and short- Ive got a 92 f350 and I just replaced the clutch and DMF flywheel with a solid flywheel conversion and clutch kit. All went well with the replacement, Except I let the slave cylinder push rod push all the way out so apparently ive gotten air into my clutch system. I...- acleary555

7.3 clutch
Guess it was dealer installed then because the Banks Sidewinder turbo and the badge on the side right under "F-350" badge that says "BANKS" came on the truck new from the dealer. What is the difference in clutches between the 7.3 turbo or non turbo I.D.I. engines is my point.- acleary555

7.3 clutch
The clutch is slipping on my 1992 Ford F350 7.3 I.D.I. with Turbo. The thing is I can find a new clutch for a 92 7.3 NON turbo or a clutch for a 93 powerstroke WITH turbo. Whats the difference and what do I need? Why does nothing list parts for a 92 with turbo? It appears to be a factory Banks...- acleary555

Burning plastic smell
The compressor is getting very hot even after being turned off and unplugged. I am guessing the bearings in the a/c pulley are bad. so im shopping for a whole new stinkin compressor i guess.- acleary555

Ive been hearing a slight squeek for about a week, thinking a belt pulley bearing somewhere might be going bad. Dually wheel bearings
I have a 92 F350 7.3 with a 10.25 rear end (dually). Im trying to find new rear bearings and seals for my axel but noone can come up with a listing for the dual rear end. Are the wheel bearings the same in all the different rear ends on F350 that year? Doesnt seem right to me. Any help appreciated.- acleary555

Truck fires and dies also
actually I waited a little while before I pulled the filter off. just a little paranoid now this is my first diesel and me and my 2 kids are going dirtbiking tomorrow. I guess I will take a jug of diesel and if anything happens I can always refill my filter and start over.- acleary555
