02 3500 died wont restart p1693 and 2030

So my 02 ram 3500 died riding down the road. I couldnt seem to get adequate pressure out of the lift pump so i installed a FRRP by air dog even though two years ago i already repkace my lift pump and vp44 at 105,000 miles. My starter had been dragging so i also replaced that. Still cant get it to run. No codes on scanner but when i do the turn key tree times trick it brings up P1693 and 2030... any suggestions?

Both these codes are a level 3 codes. That means difficult to fix. I have no RAM experence but it sounds like you had better find a Dodge Dealer.

Are you sure that's P2030 and not P0230?
P1639 you should replace the cam and crank sensors.
