Do new body style seats bolt into our OBS and bricknose trucks?

I've searched the forums a bit, and I'm still not sure. Someone in my neck of the woods is parting out a 2012 F150. Will the seats from those newer trucks bolt right in? What does it take to make them work? It surely would be nice to have fancy new seats, and the new body style stuck seats are easy to find now.

They bolt in after some modifications... lol

2005 Captains in mine. I used the original "slides" and mounted them to new seats. Direct bolt-in.

It wont bolt in per se, but our floors our super simple to adapt to most seat rails

Overall, it sounds as if they can be bolted in with minimal mods necessary. I'll start trying to buy some newish seats!

Laserjock, your build thread has been a fascinating rabbit trail. I haven't found the bit about the seats yet, but I'm having a good time looking. Good thing it's a slow day at work.

Catbird, bolting new seats onto the old tracks sounds peachy.
