Only if you promise not to laugh at my crappy videos :rotflmao! I might not have covered everything, but I wanted to touch on the stuff no one else hit. Pretty easy job, just harder than it should have to be.

My only complaint with the local NAPA stores is the personality of the people working there. They seem to... idk either they hate their job or they're "better" than you. I just don't like people like that lol
My complaint is the lack of priority for commercial accounts now. I’ve spent oodles of green ones there over twenty years of maintaining our equipment and fleet but still I had to wait a week for them to get a master cylinder in just for them to sell it to the first joe to come in the door, never mind I had paid for it already and it was waiting for me with my account # on it!

On LEDs, the amp draw of a good set of bulbs should be less than a single halogen bulb(about 5 amps total). I wouldn't bother with a relay, it's way overkill, and would not actually make them brighter. LEDs run off a driver chip that controls current usage to some extent, so they really are great for our trucks electrical wise. The only issue is that the way they cast light is different from halogen so the pattern is not ideal in a factory housing. And technically illegal in the USA (as are any bulbs on public roads not specifically designed for that housing) but that to me is, well...more guideliney haha.

As for the wipers, I had great luck on one of mine by popping the clockspring cover and fixing/cleaning the contacts. Your symptoms sound like you may be having that issue as well. I didn't even have to pull the motor out. Saved money and work.

I would close that account on the spot and find a new location at minimum for sure. I honestly believe it's all about the team at that particular store. I have no complaints about my oreilys. My crazy requests stump them every time initially, but they work hard to understand how to get the part number I've got for them in a timely fashion. They all know me by name and Ive never had an account with them.

People unfortunately often reflect those around them, so a couple bad eggs can ruin a bunch, and a good guy can rubb off on the rest.just gotta find the right one....

Yeah, I would try cleaning the contacts in the wiper switch first.
Although, normally they should still park. But weirder things have happened.
Relay harness with leds may be overkill, but it's still a good piece of mind on 22+ year old wiring that's already been taxed worse than alcohol. Lol

I guess that's where my lack of ever drinking a single beer excludes me from knowing the "taxed" feeling haha

Just thinking from my angle where space is a premium and relays/wiring may be more of a hurt than a help. But then again I do have so many accessories going on it's hard to remember how open a factory underhood is.....

These LEDS seem to have an adjustable pattern. I'd think it would be a good thing for our trucks.

Mine would stop randomly before also, it turned out to Be the switch. When they would stop I could just move it wiggle the switch left or right and they would continue on or shutter more. I'm in the process of switching all bulbs in my truck to led in 95 percent done now. Trying a headlight bulb out when it gets in the mail!

If you open the hood on the motor assembly, you'll see the round usually black cover. If you pop that off, you'll see what in referring to. It's what actually make interval wipers interval. Poor connection here can do some weird things

Are you talking about cleaning up the contacts in the switch or the motor?
Me? Your truck is a brick?
Those have a separate little module that is inline of the wiper switch harness. Usually over the years people let the parking brake slam up when releasing it. Typically the module doesn't fair too well. Sometimes you can reflow the solder joints.
