Here are the cad files for the intake adapter. The only part not here is the tubing that was pressed in the center and welded. There is a recess on the underside of the bottom part for an oring to seal against the manifold in case you are wondering why there is a step on the I.D.. I also used 1/4-20 bolts to hold the 2 halves together.

Nice work!

Fellow slant nose owner here too, so I feel your pain regarding the limited room for intercooling. My original plan was to simply replace the front clip with a custom aluminum setup but this is starting to look like a nice option.

mine being crew cab, i am planning on having custom lines made and mounting my condensor under the cab with its own dedicated fan on it. almost EVERY limo is done this way. they dont care where they are as long as there is air flow through them.

I thought about this for my truck to get it out of the stack. Do you have a good source for custom lines? A quick search locally turned up nothing for me. I feel like I’m very close to a non-issue on cooling if I could get a little heat out of the stack.

Look up ACT a/c systems. And most a/c shops can make lines. Mine is going to be complete custom since my truck never had a/c

Do they stay clean under there?

Every service I would blow air through them to clean em. Most of the time they had a few leaves stuck on top. The put a pusher fan on the top side of them blowing down through it.
