It is a big deal when the threads are too big for the probe to seat. Use the 5/16 drill. With cast iron, you can always cut a larger hole if you need to, but if you start too large it is a bear to reverse.

Great job Eric.
That 3 gauge harness makes things SO much easier doesn't it?

Have you gotten a egt and boost reading yet?

thanks Chris;Sweet

ya the harness is nice.

egt....idle=~200......cruising @55-60mph=~400-500.....WOT=climbs fast up to 850 then does not move any farther. more fuel for me:D:sly

boost is max of 5psi. gets there pretty easy. i have an up-pipe leak.

Sounds similar to mine.
I have a a slight up pipe leak and don't have a gasket between my intake manifold and intake hat. And crap for an ip. I get about 6 pounds right now. Can get 8 but I'm really hauling ass then.

Turn up the fuel and see what you get. Still stock down pipe?

make sure you have excellent...excellent grounds going to each sender. I have found glowshift to have very problematic ground issues. Looks good ;Sweet

that's what i have heard of gs gauges. i have a pic of where i grounded mine. i found a small hole in the frame right by were the RABS valve would be. i took a wire wheel on a drill and cleaned up the frame.(man my frame is clean) everything seems to be good right now. the gauges were responsive and moved good. they were not glitchy or anything.
