Zf5 yolk nut.

Currently putting my old truck back together and keep running into missing parts. I must have borrowed a bit of this and that over the past 3 years for my other trucks. Im working on a 1989 f250 2wd and have noticed the yolk nut missing from my zf5. It is the s-42 of it matters much. Any of you know what the thread pitch is? Keep running into the old "discontinued" issue trying to find one online, and honestly wouldnt want to pay 60+ dollars for a single nut that they were advertised for anyways. But either way, I need one.

Measure the Thread pitch and Diameter - McMaster-Carr is your friend. I know it takes a 36 mm socket which should be roughly a 24 mm thread.

Worst case, since your in Weatherford, take a drive across town to Broader Performance. Jay is a professional Ford transmission builder. He probably has a box of the right nuts sitting on his shelf.
