How common are F350 regular cab, cab and chassis, 4wd dually?

IME, the longer of the 2 wheelbases is more sought-after. May cost more as a result.

Around my neck of the woods, they definitely command a premium over all other configurations, except maybe crew cabs, and even then, it’s probably closer to a tie.

I've only seen two on the west coast, one was a factory option standard cab, one was an extended cab with a D50 swap and duals under it. My truck is the only dually 4x4 cclb I've seen in person or in ads.

Dually 4X4 CCLB trucks weren’t factory. They are all conversions. You could get 4WD, or, dual rear wheels, but not both.

Cab and chassis trucks were all DRW F350s, or F-Superduty, and all were regular cab. Plenty of conversions out there though.

The Dana 60 was available in SRW regular cabs, or crew cabs. If you wanted a SRW extended cab, it was an F250 and thus a Dana 50 if 4WD. If you wanted an extended cab (Ford called it a Super cab) F350, then it was a 2WD dually.

The Dana 60 was only available in DRW configuration in cab and chassis trucks, with the wide offset front hubs.

Definitely not supercabs. I worked at a shop where the owner liked to assemble that configuration from salvaged trucks.

5’ and 7’ cab to axle F350 (I have owned one of each)

5’, 7’, and I think you’re right about the 9’ cab to axle (rollback and larger box trucks) F-Superduty (I own 2 7’ cab to axle trucks, but have seen 5’ ones. Much less common. I am not completely certain about the 9’, as I have seen 17’ and 19’ rollbacks on these trucks. So there may be two long lengths.) Some of the long frame trucks were conversions, but I’m pretty sure there were factory long frame trucks as well.
