Ball joints are tight yet, no slop. Wondering if this weird camber can be the result of the traction beam bushings wearing out. definitely due for an alignment but this seems to be getting worse and the ball joints still check out.

Ball joints are adjustable, could be that they need the correct camber shim installed.

You should be able to look at the center pivot bushings. If the rubber is hanging out or the center bolt doesn't look to be in the center, then they are bad.

Don't back your truck up and stop and then eyeball the frontend. All these twin I beam and TTB 4x4 setups will go wonky when you back up. Pull forward a little bit and then eyeball it.

If I remember right they are replaceable that goes from a mild degree adjustment to a major one.

The upper balljoint fits into a eccentric sleeve. These sleeves or bushings are available in different degrees of adjustment. Problem is, it's hard to guess, since this eccentric bushing adjusts the balljoint in all directions. So it adjusts the top of the wheel in and out as well as front to rear. In and out is your camber, front to back is your caster. You have to hit both at the same time. The alignment machine will make this calculation and tell the alignment guy which bushing or sleeve to install.

thanks guys, first things first im gonna work on getting new pivot bushings and radius arm bushings installed

I found summit has new moot replacement springs for pretty reasonable. Seems they get decent reviews from guys suffering from saggy bottom disorder. I’ve not installed mine yet. To many projects, haven’t started on the 250 yet.

93 250 with sub 50k miles.
I fought with this, did the springs to ZERO benefit , had it aligned zero benefit.
The kicker was/is....

I went it to the old family shop and explained my issues, please look at the pivot bushes and whatever you need to do to fix negative camber issue, and report the details.
I want the camber fixed.
Owners were on it.

You don't need piviot bushes these are good.
You just need adj. Camber Bushes ...
Employees set rig on machine and did an alignment....

Don't know how much they cared but "it's in spec" aint the answer...

I asked boss ***?
He apologized and said
Yes it needs adjustable camber bushes, No my guys failed to do them.
Let me have it another day and I will fix it at my cost,( a $250 to me savings).
Looks good after they were installed.
