I cannot find where to get the 7 tooth worm gear that slides onto the output shaft in my transfer case. The one that is in there is all mangled up.

I got mine on eBay. There are sets as well as single units depending on the color you need

You probably have a BW 13-45 transfer case. I had enough problems with that gear in mine that I quit even trying and use a universal GPS driven speedometer. I love it unless I want an odometer. Then I'm out of luck.

Same here, I was really suspicious about quality but they ended up being fine. Comes in a 5-pack which I thought I would never use, but then I changed gearing and tires and ended up swapping out so it was worth it.

Green seems to be a 6 tooth
Yellow is 7 tooth from the looks of it
Try this link - might be a from a BW 1356 though, seems the 1345 is a rarer beast.
This one is for a 1345 but they are pretty proud of their gears to be charging that much

Make sure the driven gear is still in good shape, any damage or wear to the point that contact is reduced will wear out that drive gear pretty quickly

Should add to, check the OD of both gears, have seen some undersized lately.
