I have a 1990 international bluebird bus 3700. It has a Ford 7.3 idi engine. My engine temperature warning lamp connector is broken. I've searched and searched for this thing but cannot find it. It's a single wire plug. Any one know what I can do?

It is not really a must to have, Have not looked into it at all, but not sure way a normal light would not work, power to the light and the sender provides the ground when the engine gets to hot. A good working temp gauge is as important as anything IMO

An alligator clip work probably do the trick. That's what I did for one of the tiny wires for my RV grey water tank sensors. Similar thing, uses ground.

My wire is not the problem, the sensor is broken into the motor. Not where I cannot get it out just the top plug part.

Oh, so the sender is broken, not the wire connector.

If you don't have a real temp gauge, I'd pull the warning light sensor out and install a proper gauge probe in it's place. Equus gauges aren't expensive and seem good quality. I have an electric probe temp gauge in my truck by them and a mechanical one in my RV.
