Yes, it was good. The crowd was a bit smaller than normal, but that gave us all a better chance to talk with each other. We talked about anything/everything/nothing, but it was all important. The food was excellent, as always, and the beer was cold. My wife was amazed, once again, at how relaxed I was when I got home.

Calvin, I thank you once again for hosting such a good BBQ.

Duh. That was kinda stupid of me. Those ribs look good.
they taste even better:D
I'm not one for sugary coatings (molasses) on my ribs, they get prepped in a beef bullion base with mixed herbs(shitload of it), baked for an hour and then I throw them on a charcoal BBQ to dry them out and add the BBQ taste.:D;Sweet Nobody ever complains or leaves hungry. If you do, it's your own damn fault. Been doing these BBQ GTG's since 2003 and been fine tuning them every time. Small showing this time but those who weren't able to make it, knew what they missed foodwise. We did very little tech this time, there was more gawking at the new acquisitions than work. That's OK. we all still had a good time.;Sweet
