    zf question

    I just did the swap about a month ago. I love the 5 speed vs the auto. It has a noise ( I assume gear roll ) when I lug the motor. That doesn't bother me. At about 60 til about 65 or so the tranny gets quiet loud. It stops once you get it over 65. Is that normal ? If not how do I fix it ?

    Do they make some kind of seal or gasket ? I've haf the down pipe off a few times now and its very easy to do but the damn exhaust leak it driving me crazy. anyone eber had this issue if so how do I fix it ?

    Brake light and blinker issue

    I get in the truck today and notice when I turn a blinker on they don't blink. It just stays lit up. I replace the big blinked relay in the fuse panel and still nothing. When I shut the truck down I heard a clicking noise. It was the blinker relay clicking but only with the key off. Any ideas...

    I'm in the middle of doing the zf 5 swap. I need to know what fluid the tranny uses. Also any one that has done this. How do I trick the system so it'll start without the auto tranny in it ? Do the auto ( e4od ) and the zf 5 use the same starter ? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Brake question

    When I apply the brakes the pedal is kinda soft. I can pump them and get them firm but as I hold the pedal it slowly goes soft. Truck still stops fine just has a softer pedal them I'd like ? Thank you for any help.

    What size tire ?

    What size tire can I run with out rubbing to reduce my rpms a little. 45 with od is 2500 is. 2200 ish with od @ 60 ish.:yell::thanks::eek:

    tranny cooler question

    If i run a big tranny cooler with the e4od with a fan. Will I be able to used over drive when pulling a load or am I still asking for trouble ? :dunno 45 mph at 2500 rpm hurts bad at the gogo pump.
