WTB: 99 Dodge Cummins ECU

Have a headache I'm trying to get fixed for a guy I know. The ECU that mounts on the side of the engine took a dump after the crank sensor got messed up installing the starter. I've called most of my normal sources but they don't have any of those engines in stock right now so no dice there. Any help would be appreciated. I've seen the ones on ebay but 900 for a remanned one isn't in the cards.
