No, Not without some cutting but that can be done too. I'm sure you "see" someone has rattle canned the yellow on it to make it look better. That really bothers me about buying something. Sometimes looks are everything and clean, bright things sell.

I've seen that too.
It will fit. To stuff it in I beleive you have to swap out the oil pand and pick up for a rear sump amongst other things.

there was a 350 for sale one ebay about 3 months ago with a 3208 cat in it and they had the e40d behind it.the guy wanted $30,000 for it? they really dont make to much more power then the 7.3 and the still have the same problems with cativation.

Are we talking about the same engine? C7 is rated Horsepower 190 to 300 @ 2500/2400 rpm and Torque 520-860 lb-ft @ 1440 rpm. I don't like the cavitation problem but seems like the rest is really good, except for the price why would someone want 30k for their old truck with a cat?

C7 and 3208 have nothing in common except the yellow paint. C7 is a1425lb 7.2 liter 6 cylinder based on the 3126. BTW look at the RV and emergency ratings, they squeeze a bit more out of them ......350 HP @ 2400 / 860 TQ @ 1440......I WANT IT!!!!!!
Been looking at the C7 hard lately. Now IIRC the 3208 is 10+ liters displacement,(can't remember exactly and can't find the specs now). Thought about a 3208TA a bit but think it'll be a real pig on fuel.
