Why 65psi max for dually rims?

You keep saying that your rims are marked with a maximum pressure? I've found load and pressure maximums on my tires, but never on my rims. Where should I look on my rims to see what you're talking about?

It seems to be one side only, the inner bowl side. It faces out towards you on the outer rear rims.

See attached picture of my spare. It was so caked with dirt it was almost impossible to see.

I can't check the others because I have bolted on style rim covers. I would have to remove all the lug nuts to remove the cover, but I don't see why they would be any different.

For heavy or fast hauling I prefer to add air until the IR temp meter shows tires are not overheating (South side tires of course hotter during day). Would not have thrown 1/3 tread of new tire if started this earlier!!
