Seems like it's hard to find a proportioning valve. Anyone have one willing to sell?

correct me if im wrong, but does the one off the ford had a plug in?

I can't remember if the Dodge wire connector fit or not, I'm thinking not since it's not connected in the pic. It was about 10 years ago, so I can't remember if I later made it fit or not. That's what the white nylon thing is sticking up on the valve. Dunno about on Fords, haven't replaced one on there

The plug-in is just for the brake light indicator. What year are you working on? Sometime around 88 or 89 when they went to RABS, there is no proportioning valve stock.

FWIW, prop/combo valves are 'dumb' and don't know what truck they're installed in.

Some valves do not proportion at all; there's sufficient biasing with OE selection of master cyl, calipers, wheel cyl, and brake lining size. Instead, the valve may only provide failsafe (shuttle valve) and failure indication.
