whats it worth?

i found a 1996 f250 4wd with 460 and auto trans, it has 114xxx. extended cab short box with bed liner, visor and step bars and decent custom paint, but the tops of the rear wheel wells r pretty much gone, other than that it looks pretty good, whats it worth? im planning on putting a different motor in it so if i do buy, what do you guys think the 460 with auto tranny is worth?

Depends on finding the right buyer. Engine $300-$500, trans $250-$400.
Complete truck $1500 to $3200 depending on condition.
