It's amazinghow lucky things don't fall off. I went to do an oil change on my mom's car once, a 2003 Taurus, where the oil filter is up near the radiator. I reached down and bumped it with my oily thumb (from doing the drain) and the filter turned!! It wasn't tight in the least!! I guess the oil pump pressure kept it on? Or just pure luck. She had it done at a midas that last time.

****, I just drained the oil out of my yj because I need to drop the pan & change out the rear main soon. The damn drain plug was not even finger tight. I must have forgotten to tighten the drain bolt the last time I changed the oil .
Can’t believe it didnt back out while driving.

It wasn’t my day I was referring to, rather the receiver of said flying part coming at them at light speed spinning madly

I could see a new radiator, belts, maybe a water pump for the truck!
Ouch it could have been really bad

Super busy at the moment, I love it, got a new job at a bait and tackle shop

Never turned a wrench on a Toyota, they trust that for a crank bolt? Adorable!

I put a water pump on a friends Toyota Camry and it was horrible. Had to take the tire off. When putting the belt back on the tensioner has a hex head cast in it and that snapped off allowing me to hit the back of my head on my tool box lol
