its on the drivers side fender its a round plastic piece that has a cable that goes to the throttle cable and vac hoes goes to it and has some connections for the wiring ?

If it functions, you may want to put it up on the Marketplace before throwing it out. There may be someone looking for one (it's a cruise control actuator, BTW)...
