what coolant do you use and why?

I use water and the red diesel stuff that makes water wetter and takes care of the cavitation issue. Walmart, I am on the road and don't have the brand name with me.

I am in the desert at 3K feet and the temp doesn't get below 20f long enough to freeze the block.
