Grandpas truck (mom inherated her when grandpa died), we got it when we turned 16.
Well over 650,000 miles on her before the lifters started collapsing, still had the original set of glow plugs in it. Put a Crate engine in her, then 5000 miles later did this.

Rolled it 2 3/4 times down a 50+ft inbankment (ditch). Rear tires locked up, spun around backwards and... On the first roll it cought the back drivers side of the box and end for ended it onto the passenger side of the cab (where I was sitting), wasnt much room left. Completed its other 1 1/2 turns over and stopped on the passenger side at the bottom of the ditch (almost rolled through the ditch and into the farmers field. All because of a deer, and one bad brake shoe.

Oh yea, my brother drove it around our yard the next day. NOW THATS FORD TOUGH!!! :hail

My '85 has little over 490K. Could be 100k more but I can prove 490K with the info I have. 90% of that trailer pulling, Heavy trailers everything from Horses and Bulls to a 50 foot 3 car wedge. First motor died at 445K my fault from neglecting it while trying to make money. Used to regularly pull that 3car wedge over Donner summit with out a turbo cookoo

My '86 has 236k on it. About half of that is horse trailer pulling miles.

My '89(now sold) only had 193K.
