Water pump pipe hex size??

I can't figure out what size this is.

Not:
3/4 or 19mm (small)
11/16 (small)
13/16 (small)
7/8 (big)
21mm (big)

*** is it, 20mm?

I believe that they're usually 7/8". It's hard to tell, but it looks like yours could be a little bit rounded. If it is, who knows?

It acts like it's two sizes for two different open ends. I just waited until i got the pump out, then used an adjustable wrench and a hammer to get it loose. some of this stuff (hoses etc) were very stuck from being on so long.

I bought mine at homedepot it was in the brass fittings section. It not has long.
