Have been thinking about this a bit. I’m sure a propane heater could work in a pinch but it’s not really a sustainable long term solution. Cough block heater cough. But anything that’s electric will conflict with the “no generators before” rules.
Maybe an inverter gen, something that’s super quiet, or a battery bank could be options.
There are also the small diesel heaters that have heat discharge tubes. You could just route the tube under the engine and run the unit from wherever, maybe a fixed location.
