Scott, I can yes. PDF's would be best. I'm not sure if the forum owner has any concerns posting copyrighted material en mass or not though.

I wondered about that as well, but I am sure Ford no longer produces this manual, so it would not be causing them lost sales, but as a college professor, I am very aware of copyright infringement.

Generally, if you site (give credit) to the producer of said material, utilizing the widely recognize APA style formats, you are ok. Would be up to the boss though.

One of the first things to check are connectors so I bought a can of electronic connecter cleaner and a can of connector lube sealer. As we all know a connecter can look clean but have a film preventing a good connection. From my readings of the test procedurse the WTS light has its own internal timing circut off the internal temp sensor, this temp sensor is also used to control the total length of time the GPs cycle.

-20 F = WTS light 7-15 seconds = GP total on time 35-70 seconds
0 F =---"----"--7-12-----"----=--"---"---"----"--25-60---"
35 F =-----------5-12---------=-----------------15-35
70 F =-----------3-12----------=-----------------7-15
105 F =-----------1-3----------=------------------3-5
140 F =----------1 or less------=------------------1-3

Remember these temps are from the temp sensor inside the controler not engine temp or air temp.
