Does anyone know if Van radiator outlets are reversed from F-350 7.3 IDI or PS?

The E series IDI and the F series IDI use the same radiators. The PS is similar I believe but don't know 100% on that.

In my van, i have the 5 row aluminum radiator for an F-350 and everything bolted up fine except the shroud, i had to modify that slightly.

Are you sure? The ones listed on o'reilly and other places look slightly different for the mounting point locations. The top is a bit different too, if it matters in regards to hood clearance.

Truck (87 F250) on the left, van (85 E350) on the right.

well, post 1992 im pretty sure, pre 92 maybe not. The pictures your posted, it looks like that van one is a crappy knockoff 1 row. All I know for sure is the 92 F series rad I got fit in my 92 van.

Both say 2 row in the info. The core dimensions are the same for both, so the extra $232 cost for the van one is for the different mounting points.

Here is a real world, top view of stock radiators (87 F250 above, 85 E350 below). That doesn't show the mounting points, but they are both square topped, not sloping on the van like the aftermarket. Maybe the sloping is to allow fitting on some other ones.. who knows. The F250's sits up a bit higher vs the front grill, by the look of it.

You are comparing the radiators from different generations they fit if you keep to the same body styles .

Nope. The 432194 radiator that I showed a screenshot above says it fits all IDI trucks from 83-94. There were THREE F-series body styles in that time (83-86, 87-91 and 92-94) and yet they all use the same aftermarket radiator.

IDI vans from from 83-91 (all same body style) use the one I showed above (431246) while the updated 92-94 use another one (432353) that is different from 83-91 vans AND different from 83-94 trucks... and costs even more than the 83-91 IDI van radiator.
