Valve Cover Emissions Decals

Quick question, what is the point of putting these on? Just for stock look or is it required to be there or something?

If your engine is getting lazy/sluggish it reminds it to make the advertised 185hp.

I haven't had a chance to work on them recently, I will update this thread when I have more done on them and I start talking to my printer again. The computer I use with Illustrator isn't in my dorm, it's a mile across campus and that lab is only open certain times that I'm usually swamped with classwork. I've got it on my list of things to do though, and I do really want to get them all done.
