Okay, so I ordered a rebuilt Vacuum pump from Rock Auto and it came in today. While I was at lunch, I bought the puller kit from Car Quest. I got home this evening, and got the old pump off no problems. Pulled the pulley off, no problems. Hooked up the vacuum line, bolted the new pump on, no problems. Went to install the pulley, MAJOR PROBLEMS. The pulley will fall off! I grabbed my calipers and measured the pump shafts. The old shaft measures 0.669" and the new one measures 0.650"!!! ***!!! I'm going to put the old pump back on so that I can get too and from work tomorrow, but I need to know what my options are. I've spoken to Rock Auto and of course all the manufacturers are closed by now. I'm going to call back in the morning and see what they can do, but I'm not holding my breath at this point. I need this fixed by tomorrow evening at all costs. I can not get the pump locally. I can get one ordered, but the only thing I can order is a reman Cardone, which is what I bought from Rock Auto.
What are my options?

Ford no longer sells the belt guide but does have the three bolts in a bag for sale...
