So far I got the oil cooler cleaned up, put new o-rings on it, painted(ford blue), and put back on, the thermostat and water pump installed. I figured that since I had everything off of the engine that I might as well put new valve cover gaskets on. I ended up having to put on all new steel brake lines(-cuss -cuss winters:puke: ), hoses and new wheel cylinders. Here are a few pictures for now if the -cuss dial up modem would go any faster I could post more pictures at a time.

Here are some pictures of the new front fuel tank and sender (that has been in the basement since 04) with the fuel filler neck gutted and a 7/16 inch vent hose, and a picture of the electric fuel pump and relocated fuel filter.

Nice looking job. It'll be good piece of mind this winter having all of that out of the way!

Nice job on the filter relocate as well.

nice work. Looks good. I liked having my fuel filter under the truck made it cleaner to change there than under the hood.

I like where you put the pump and filter mount. I did the same thing on the Moosestang.

Here are a few more pictures. I finally managed to get the turbo apart so here it is in pieces. Also here's some pictures of the flattened factory downpipe:puke: and the new ATS pipe. I still cannot believe that ford would put something like that on cookoo cookoo .

Another Update!!

I haven't had much time to work on the truck lately, but I did get the firewall seam cut and bent for the down pipe clearance and did a rough fit of the innercooler. I also got all the exhaust pipe rounded up and put together for a picture. Dang I'm going to have to have some heavy duty exhaut hangers, the 5 inch water pipe weighs 60 pounds:eek: cookoo , so I'll have to figure out how to hang it all. Here are a few more pictures of the progress.
