Turbo 5 speed

Another truck I'd be going to buy if the one thing that was listed as wrong with it wasn't something I didn't want to mess with. Is it really the oil pan or is it an oil cooler or rear main seal that leaks?...

I don't want to know or find out, but for a 4x4 5speed turbo it's not a bad price.
