Truck won't start...not turning over, starter not engaging, nothing working

I had this happen on an 84 f150 gasser. Turned out to be a fuseable link and the voltage regulator was bad. Check them on the passenger fenderwell

...where are the voltage regulator and fuseable links? Sorry, I know nothing about vehicle when it comes to wiring or electrical. I have all these wires.... And no, that is not a giant rust hole in the fender.

Don't see a voltage regulator on yours. Can't see the picture good on this phone but my fusable link looked like a capsule about 1.5 inch long. Best I can tell it's the green thing in ur pic.
