transmission question

I have searched high and low looking for information on my transmission with no luck. This is my third pre 90's ford, with a completely different transmission. This truck has a 4 speed with a syncro'd granny low first, and no overdrive. my other trucks either had the OD 4 speed with no low first, and the other was the granny low 4 speed with no first gear syncro. The ratios are similar to the zf5, with the exeption of no 5th. Anyone have an idea what transmission this is?


The truck is a 1984 F250 with the 6.9

I'm pretty certain the NP435 wasn't a syncrod front so that leaves me to believe a T19 is a strong possibility......
