I don't think anybody toques those as you'd have to use a crows foot and math I've done 3 ford high pressure lines now just tightening it by hand and have had no issues
My Chilton manual for Econoline vans (up to 1988) says 25 ft lbs for the pressure line for both "Saginaw type" and "Ford type" pumps. I couldn't find a spec in my F-series Haynes manual.
I just best guessed when I did the Saginaw pump in my RV though and it's been fine for over a year.
