to buy or not to buy

i found a used set of 32" tires and the guy wants $175 for them. i am not sure if i should give him the full $175 or offer him less for them. the tires have no plugs or anything like that in them abut the tread surface is starting to crack. what do you guys think?

Is this for a daily driver? I'd give perhaps $50-100 for them as farm truck tires, how much to get the mounted where you are?

i should be able to get them mounted and balanced fro about $15 for the set. and no its not a daily driver but i also dont want them leaving me stranded somewhere
