They are either 9.75" wide or 12" wide. No one made 11" I will assume you measured the outside of the wheel and came up w 11" which means you have a 9.75.

33" tires is the biggest that will fit.
here is my 96 f350 w a set of 33/12.50/16.5 on 16.5/9.75 wheels. The bumper is slightly trimmed. You may need more and spaced out

33x12.50x16.5's is about it with out a lift. 35's don't look so hot with out it up in the air anyway.
