I just put in my spare 6.9 motor and fuel system and the throttle cable doesn't fit. It looks like the 7.3 ip has a little different lever arm causing the cable to be too long on the 6.9 pump and it binds. Am I missing something or is there no adjustment? I was able to bend the bracket mounts to the intake manifold but it still binds.

nevermind...the plastic cable cover was broken and that's why it was binding.
