thanks guys, hope the rib gets better. ive never done that but it cant be enjoyable.
since i have 2 days off, i decided to try and finish the little stuff in the truck. i got the steering column back in (it didnt have the part where the cylinder was in on there so i had to dismantle the other column) but now its back together with a working key/ignition, the harness i got isnt an 87 it appears so its not the same, my harness goes around the front of the truck, under the radiator support and back around, the one i got goes in through the firewall, and ito inside the cab. tomorrow i will check to see how close the are and if i can still use it. the harness has been the hardest thing so far.
