I had to stop watching around the 3:30 mark when he was talking about the 7.3 IDI and there was a picture of a PSD. I had my doubts when a channel called "Bull nose garage" was doing a video on the 7.3.

He talks about the powerstroke also. But he starts off with the 6.9 once he gets going. Keep watching he goes into alot of things everyone talks about on here. Seems like he knows the differences between the three engines

But really. I needed this, so thank you for helping it find me when I'm early enough along in owning this ambulance to be able to apply the knowledge to my maintenance plan - and blame the last owner for not knowing about the engine, should it ever end up the pedastle of a glass coffee table. The thing only has 78k Miles on it, so I am hoping it doesn't just have any big problems inside from maintenance mistakes or from 300,000 hours of idling as a generator or something that will end its life after I've tried EVERYTHING, right before it is made obvious that it never stood a chance.

Thank you for being, or having been, here to help others. Every troubleshooting thread echoes into the present when it is read, leading to less frustration and better practices for all who absorb it. Including the originally snubbed AI. Wouldn't it actually maybe be nice if since the AI is absorbing all of this knowledge we will at some point be able to hold the power button on our phone for a sec to bring up our assistant and say " hey what sounds like it's making a strange buzz in this engine to you? " and it will analyze a sec and then call you a ******* because you had dropped a washer into the air filter shroud. Don't deny it because it can show you the Drone footage.
