Been moving some things around and trying to figure out how to gain a little more space. Although I put many passes on my Pinto two Summers ago, I think I only made 8 passes with it last season. I spent three of the last four weeks on the road for work, and I am starting to come to the reality (or at least consideration of reality) that I may need to sell my racecar.
That's the bad news. The good news is that doesn't need very much to go racing tomorrow. I had it running on Friday, as usual it fired right up with no drama. I need to change the oil, drain the antifreeze, and change the safety harness (they were expired, nothing wrong with them, just bought new ones).
Again, it's not a show car but I would definitely call if a very consistent (I have made back to back passes within .05 seconds) 10.50-10.60s car. I would be happy to sell the car to somebody whom I know as I've enjoyed it and would like to see it go to a good home.
I would like to get 5K for this car, but I am certainly up to reasonable offers.
