I just bought a JD 455 with a Yanmar 3 cyl diesel. It's got about 1500 hrs on it.

Looks just like this one, only has a big hydraulically operated bagger on the back of it.

I really like this thing... Last night I sent looking for grass to mow. Tomorrow I have 14 acres to cut. Maybe the excitement will be worn off after that?

Wow, I didn't know they put a diesel in something like that. :thumbsup: Now you need a kid to put on it and cut all that grass for ya. LOL

They do - and it's pretty nice.....

We've got a one year old and one on the way, so we're working on that part of it....

of course - if the kid(s) were old enough, I'd have one of these instead:

No use spending all that money when they need exercise anyway!!

I pushed one of those for my Grandma on her 1/4 acre and she paid me 50 cents for it in 1963. Sometimes she paid me 25 cents because she was short that week. Man those were hot summer days after school too....

wow!! I can cut an acre in less than an hour with my new mower. I'm making 225 for fourteen acres, weedeating included.
