Tensioner hitting fan

I'd pull the belt off and give everything a hard wiggle/ jiggle. The tension on the belt might be hiding the problem. I doubt iits the harmonic balancer, that would almost be extreme mechanical damage.

I wiggled it all and it’s still doing it. I’m very sure it’s specifically the tensioner I just don’t know what it is on it. Like I says it’s moving a ton

No like vertically up and down now. I looked it up and it’s a sign of a worn spring, but obviously I just replaced all of it

Is this related to the Grinding noise coming from the engine thread you started?
