teca relay location?

Can anyone tell me where the teca relay is in a 94 E350 ?
Trouble shooting a solenoid buzz from trans after shut down.

I'm searching for you and it sounds like they are saying in the power distribution box, someone called it the EEC relay in the post I'm looking at. Hope this helps.
