T18 shifter pin malfunction

Thoughts on a repair for a busted out shift tower pin on a T18? The whole area is broken out on top of the trans. Has anyone been able to repair this? Thanks y'all!

Btw... ain't been on here in several months of Sundays but recently picked up a neat ol 86 f250 6.9 4x4!
