How much coolant am I going to loose when I pull the plug between #6 and #8 cylinders to install the temp sender? Just trying to be prepared.

Just drain the rad into a clean bucket, that way you won't loose any, pour back in what you drained out.

If you're fast not much (Takes some practice to do this without making a mess). If you have a cheap vacuum cleaner you can hook it to the radiator and keep a little suction on there so you can do it without making a mess. Be warned if it's a good vacuum cleaner it'll just suck up your coolant. (Cheap Chinese garbage works good in this case).
